Q: How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Q: Can I return a product if I am not satisfied?

A: Yes, if you are not satisfied with your product you can return it to us and we will process your refund. Check out our return policy below!

A: Most likely yes! If you are uncertain please feel free to ask our team directly using the contact form.

Q: How long will a product be out of stock?

A: Many of our suppliers are local so we can usually refill a product’s stock within a week!

Q: Can I order a product that is not in stock?

A: Absolutely! Your order will be processed the moment the product is back in stock.

Q: How is the quality of the products?

A: Not only are all of our products personally approved by Silo, but he uses most of them himself!

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.


You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packing.


Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a few days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.


You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.
